Will not activate on windows 7 64bit. just sits there.

I enjoy all your products. Some more than others. But this one wants to take over my computer and will not activate. Windows says it did not install correctly so it reverts to xp sp3. Still will not activate. After tearing the program apart found your interface acted like a virus and thus Norton would not let it install. This is the first time this has happened with your programs. I suspect the original programmers had a hidden agenda.
